Who we are
Our story began with our Bengal cat named Moto. When we considered relocating from Canada to the UAE, the logistics of bringing her with us felt more daunting than the move itself — conflicting airline rules, import permits, crate specifications, rabies titre timelines, the risk of being denied boarding...We realized two things: the process is tedious, and that most pet owners are navigating it for the first time under the pressure of an already-stressful move.
Now based in the UAE, we're a pet relocation service built by people who understand both the emotional weight of moving with animals and the operational detail required to do it properly. We bring a professional's attention to documentation and timelines, combined with the empathy of fellow pet parents who've been through it ourselves.
